Tonight's dinner is Stuffed Acorn Squash from a new blog I am loving, Iowa Girl Eats. Super simple to make, but I wish she specified uncooked sausage. I got cooked chicken sausage and you could barely remove the casing. In the end I just ended up chopping it up and cooking it that way. Still good. I am trying to cook more real, whole foods and this is quick, tasty, and only has a few ingredients. My kind of recipe.
